Welcome to the blog! Below are benchmarks that I documented throughout my journey. The language is a bit informal, as are the pictures, but I think it accurately portrays what this experience is like. Enjoy the blog.

Check out how I am #productive in the summer and #get #things #done. The Inventory Performance Index basically shows how well your service is doing compared to other Amazon services. In June of 2017, my IPI was under 200. In June of 2018, my IPI was 311, which is in the red. 3 components make up the Inventory Planning Index. The section that really drags the score down is the Sell-Through rate, or the amount of people who use my service. I had 226 excess units in June. This means I’m in the bottom 40% of sellers.

I took screenshots of my page each day for an entire month. Exactly a month later, my IPI was 356. While it’s still in the bottom half of sellers, it’s now within the green.

Below are all the products that don’t sell, currently stuffed into my basement a.k.a. Qualy De La Grande a.k.a. my makeshift storage room #1. Our garage is also packed with random boxes that customers have sent back, along with my hopes and dreams.

The format is a little off but it doesn’t decrease the quality of the photos. Here are some exclusive looks to Qualitrusty’s BTS:

I don’t even know how this got here, but check out https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079F664VV for more!

Check out the new Youtube video I put on the home page. It’s an instructions manual for my alarm clock. Watch it if you bought one, or watch it for the awesome cinematography. Either way, watch it. Also look! My IPI is now 397, which is an increase of 41 points. Slowly making my way to 1000.

Interesting story: it’s been like four months since I last blogged. I spent the time taking about a hundred photos of all the variations of bench covers, removing the background, editing, highlighting, etc. It’s actually not that interesting of a story, but I digress.

The program I use to create/edit this website has a new format and it’s getting harder and harder to manage. But until I figure out the spacing and everything:

If this format looks terrible, keep in mind that I still have yet to figure out how to configure the website to make it more visually attractive.

The 20 point increase in my Inventory Planning Index is probably a result of good PPC, or Pay Per Click–it’s a marketing strategy that the majority of Amazon business sellers use to increase their revenue, and it works great! The number of excess units has increased but will decrease soon enough. More statistics are actually made available within the profile but they show a little too much information about profit margins, total revenue, etc. Regardless, IPI is a good indicator of the strength of the business, and its increase over this past month is fulfilling to me!
